Refund Policy

Our Promise

Every dessert we make is handcrafted with care and the highest-quality ingredients. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped, delivered, or picked up. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Email us at info@thedessertgarden.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll carefully review each case and, if eligible, offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

Because we begin production soon after an order is received, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After that period, we may not be able to cancel or refund, as ingredients and preparation have already begun.

Shipping Delays

We work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery. However, The Dessert Garden is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
